As a wife, mother, minister, author, community leader, and non-profit Founder, Rev. Dr. Jennell Whitfield Riddick’s undeniable passion and sincere desire to encourage, empower, and equip others to “walk in” their maximum potential fuels her daily. Honored by the privilege to share with thousands over a decade, it is evident that improving the lives of others is her life’s work.

The Impact is Great!
Since 2004, the Ladies of Distinction Program has been impacting girls throughout Virginia and beyond. The impact has been felt well past the girls, however, spreading into their families, schools and communities.
